Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion procedures in the Service.

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for:

  • Disputes that qualify for small claims court
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Claims for injunctive or equitable relief

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Jury Trial Waiver

You and we each waive the right to a jury trial.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and ChadGPT as a result of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.

Export Control

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or that has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
